All grievances will be handled with fairness, transparency, and respect. We are committed to resolving issues promptly while maintaining confidentiality and protecting employees from retaliation.

How to submit a grievance

Employees should submit grievances in writing to their immediate supervisor or HR department. The submission should include a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting documentation.

Grievance procedure

Upon receipt, grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours. An investigation will be conducted, and a resolution will be communicated within 14 business days. Employees have the right to appeal decisions.

Roles & responsibilities

Employees are responsible for raising concerns promptly. Managers must acknowledge and investigate grievances fairly. HR provides support and ensures policy compliance throughout the process.
